Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept cancellations.  Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.  

All of my items are custom made to your specifications therefore I cannot accept cancellations (after 12 hours), returns or exchanges. 

If you have a problem with your order, please contact me so that we can discuss the problem and find satisfying solutions.  It is very important to me that you are happy with your order.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
